QUARTERLY MLS BILLING will now be billed directly to individual agents via email.
Billing for 4th quarter (October - December) MLS fees will be emailed on August 12, 2010. MLS fees will be due on September 1, late if not paid by September 20, will revert to a billing to the Broker on September 21 with a late fee, and Broker MLS services will be discontinued if not paid by September 30, and will generate a $50 reinstatement fee.

C.A.R. is offering a Certified Forms Trainer Program based on C.A.R. Standard Forms. This "train-the-trainer" course is designed to teach office managers and trainers the techniques needed when instructing other agents and members on how to use C.A.R. forms. Trainers will receive template material, reference guides, and a certificate upon completion.
Available on May 19th, zipForm® 6 will offer your REALTOR® members an alternative solution for signing C.A.R. forms digitally. zipLogix Digital Ink is available to purchase on an individual basis at $40/year and includes 10 digital signature credits. One credit is equivalent to one transaction in zipForm® 6. Each transaction has unlimited signatures and may be sent multiple times. For example, if I'm sending a Residential Purchase Contract to my buyer and then a few days later sending a Counter Offer, I'm still in the same transaction and no additional credits will be required.
