Billing for 3rd quarter (July, Aug, Sept) MLS fees will be emailed in May. MLS fees will be due on June 1, late if not paid by June 20, will revert to a billing to the Broker on June 21 with a late fee, and Broker MLS services will be discontinued if not paid by June 30, and will generate a $50 reinstatement fee.
C.A.R. is offering a Certified Forms Trainer Program based on C.A.R. Standard Forms. This "train-the-trainer" course is designed to teach office managers and trainers the techniques needed when instructing other agents and members on how to use C.A.R. forms. Trainers will receive template material, reference guides, and a certificate upon completion.
