COMMUNICATION and NETWORKING

Expect to receive regular communication from this Association, mainly via email, but also through membership meetings or occasional fax/mailings as we endeavor to keep you updated on the latest legal, legislative, program and other relevant industry information. We also act as a conduit to deliver those products and services developed by the California and National Associations of REALTORS®.

REPRESENTATION

Your Association leadership appoints members like yourself to serve on local Committees to solicit input and gain insights needed to determine the direction of this organization. We look forward to your comments and suggestions. There are also members who serve as your State/National leadership in representing your interests at CAR and NAR meetings held several times per year, following which you will receive updates on the latest industry news.

GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS DIRECTOR

Santa Maria Association of REALTORS®, in conjunction with Paso Robles, Atascadero, SLO, Scenic Coast, Pismo Coast and Lompoc Associations retain a Government Affairs committee to help us become more actively involved in local government. Our committee helps us maintain positive contact and influence locally, and opens the door for 2-way interaction with our local city and county elected officials.

Come browse the products available for purchase in our Association store and online as follows: REALTOR® logo apparel, visors, logo license plate holders, logo pens, Open House registry, license renewal courses, college courses, lockboxes, contracts, open house signs/riders, personalized 'name' sign riders, brochure boxes/'personalized' company brochure boxes, flags, plus more!  In addition, any of the products appearing in the CAR or NAR Product Catalogue may be ordered through us. Companies holding Affiliate membership in our Association become very involved with serving member needs, presenting educational programs, and sponsoring Association and Foundation events.
