1031 Exchange – Lunch Learn

Ken Harris has been with the First American Family since August of 1994. He started at First American in the Escrow Division as an Escrow Officer and then in the year 2000 transferred from the Escrow division to the 1031 Exchange division of First American. By 2002 Ken had worked his way from being Exchange Assistant to an Exchange Officer.

In March of 2004 Ken obtained his designation as a Certified Exchange Specialist® from the Federation of Exchange Accommodators. The past 3 years he has specialized in handling the Reverse and Improvement Exchange transaction division for the Southern California Region which includes the Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego and Hawaii offices.

Ken now is trying to build on his knowledge and skills by working in the field with clients as an Account Executive. He currently lives in Southern California with his wife and four children.
