The Future of Rentals from A to (Generation) Z

January 25, 2022 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

Generation Z is becoming the most prevalent consumer in the real estate market today. However, they don’t believe that buying a home is feasible or viable, especially in the hyper-competitive California market. What should the strategy be to reach them (support them in their rental search) and educate them on the real estate market?

Here are some fast facts about Generation Z that you may not know about, according to a recent survey from RentCafe:

● 36% of Gen Z chose Instagram as their top social media channel, followed by the 17% that prefer Facebook.
● 62% of the respondents considered technology as being extremely and very important. As a matter of fact, technologically advanced features weigh more in choosing a rental than having extra space, such as an extra bedroom.
● The most important amenity a Gen Z-er looks for in an apartment community is high-speed internet (27%).

In this exclusive new webinar from RentSpree, we will cover how to effectively reach Millennials and Generation Z throughout their rental journey. We’ll also interview a Generation Z renter so you can better understand what this demographic is looking for! Some of the topics we’ll discuss include:

● Strategies for marketing rentals to Millenials/Generation Z
● Tools that enhance the renter experience from listing to lease
● How to personalize the rental journey for all applicants

After this webinar, you’ll walk away with a clear understanding of how to approach this rapidly growing demographic and transform your rental business. You can then deploy these strategies to illuminate a path to homeownership for your clients.
